    Bonjour,

I currently own an espresso machine (BES820XL) which I have purchased in December 2009. This machine is very easy to use, has the right accessories and produces an excellent espresso.

However, there are some technical issues with this specific model which needs improvements. Here are a few:

    1. The sliding water tank is very useful for a quick fill but the absence of a locking mechanism allow for:
    a. the tank to come out of its hole everytime the machine runs (because of the vibration),
    b. water (and vapor) to drain outside the drip tray, because the drain pipe is not alligned with the hole on the right side of the tank.

A quick fix to this is to place a velcro in the back of the tank and one of the inside wall of the tank hole. Another option is to level the machine by placing shims under the anti-sliding rubber (in the front of the machine).

Voilà. Otherwise, this is overall a good machine. I really like it. Would like it even more if those issues could be fixed!

    Thanks
