Notes on Features

For cooking versatility, one, two or all three trays may be used to cook an entire meal. Trays conveniently nest inside one another for space effective storage.
During steaming, additional water can be poured into the water resevoir through the pull-out spout. For safety, the steamer detects when the water resevoir is empty and automatically turns off the heating element.
After steaming is complete, keep warm function automatically activates to keep food the right temperature up to one hour.

Very easy to use

I bought this steamer to replace my Cuisinart steamer. My other old was large, bulky and I had to use the "big" container even when I had very little food to steam. I love how the Breville can steam from small amounts of food (one tray) to large amounts of food (all three trays). Another great feature is the "keep warm" setting which automatically starts once it's finished steaming your food. No more cold food if your timing is off. It's easy to use, clean and store.
