"What a huge improvement over my previous toaster oven - no comparison. It's beautifully crafted of stainless steel (no enamel to turn brown) with controls that are precise to make perfect toast every time - the second batch of toast doesn't get burned because the oven takes note of it's temperature and lessens the time. You can tell that every aspect of this oven is well engineered and made with quality in mind. The oven shuts itself off after the allotted time and a bell signals that it's finished cooking - no more burned meals. It even signals when preheating is finished. The crumb tray pulls out from the front which makes sense instead of from the back like some other ovens and the interior is non-stick so it stays clean. This oven is more expensive but worth every penny and I think it's the best one out there. I highly recommend it."

"This toaster oven is really beautiful. It is the CTS cadillac. It looks rich and works exactly as it claims. I've used it to make toast, to toast a hamburger bun, cook a pizza and a chicken casserole. Perfect. The only flaw I've found so far is that if you cook the pizza without a pan it falls down in the back because the rack is square and there is a cut out for the round pizza. Before cooking another I'm going to order the pizza pan. I bought a small one at a store but it didn't fit. It's worth the price for looks and for the way it functions."

toasting bread takes too long, the regular toaster is faster.
also there is no light inside oven, i find that very unpleasant, i cannot check what the food looks like while i am coocking it.

It takes a little familiarity to get used to it, but I use it for everything and it works great.
