We have a ESP8XL machine at work and the filter holder handle has broken and we would like to get a replacement. Can you help?

this is my first espresso machine and I am enjoying it. a couple of things I went back to the store about were...
the sound...when you turn the dial to the frothing side, it makes a thumping sound which apparently is nornmal.
water coming out of the frother at startup...when you turn the dial to the frothing side, water comes out of the frother for a couple of seconds before the steam starts. before i discovered this was happening, i had the milk already in place which meant it got watered down. now i turn it to froth and let the water escape, switch it off, put the milk cup in place and then turn it back on. this works. And yes, this was after it was warmed up and after i had already run the espresso through. overall a great product for the price point and a beginner like me.
